These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NatureCare Punta Gorda Tree Service website and any tree care services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. aPlease read them carefully.
1. Services
NatureCare Punta Gorda Tree Service provides professional tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, and stump removal services in Punta Gorda, FL and surrounding Charlotte County communities. All services are subject to a written or verbal agreement including a free estimate approved by the customer prior to work commencing.
2. Estimates & Pricing
We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all services. Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of assessment. Additional charges may apply if hidden hazards, unexpected conditions, or scope changes are discovered during the work. We will communicate any changes to you before proceeding.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the service date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
4. Permits & Regulations
Certain tree removals in Punta Gorda and Charlotte County may require municipal or county permits. The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. NatureCare can assist in identifying permit requirements and may obtain permits on your behalf for an additional administrative fee.
5. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to the work area. Prior to our arrival, please remove or secure vehicles, outdoor furniture, pets, and other obstacles from the work zone. NatureCare is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or structures that were not disclosed at the time of estimate.
6. Liability & Insurance
NatureCare Punta Gorda Tree Service carries comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a $50 service charge to cover mobilization costs. Emergency cancellations due to severe weather are always accommodated without penalty.
8. Debris Removal
Full debris removal and site cleanup is included in all standard service quotes unless otherwise noted. Wood chips, logs, or other wood materials may be retained by the customer upon request at no additional charge, subject to availability.
9. Website Use
The content on our website is for general informational purposes only. NatureCare makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on this site. We reserve the right to modify or remove website content at any time without notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Charlotte County, Florida.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.
